We are an ESA Vendor. What that means I have turned in all of the required documents to be able to set up a direct pay account and receive funds for students who use the program for tutoring and other services provided.
If you choose the reimbursement option, I have included a link for you to download the proper forms to attach to your child’s account. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education as well, the degree I have attached is one I already had scanned in and sufficient documentation per ESA requirements.
